I know there are pills but they're said to be rather useless, or else there are patches, a bit like nicotine patches, bodybuilders have a deal on them to make muscles more easily, it works well but it's expensive.

sorry for the late reply, the price depends mostly on your health insurance, here I only had to pay something around 1000~2000€ in spite of 5000€. of course the price may vary from a surgeon to another as well. but the first thing to check is your health insurance and how it can help you to pay the least.
